Should your problems persist then you are more than welcome to attend our clinic where our Consultant Trichologist will examine, advise and seek to solve your problems with your hair and scalp. Or you can use the buttons under each product to browse through the entire range. All formula's are suitable for men and women and Afro-Caribean hair types. [With the exception of, Formula 1 which, would not be suitable for Afro-Caribean hair types.]

Terms and Conditions of SaleThe Hair Clinic will make every effort to deal with your order promptly and mail the item to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order (subject to public holidays). We are however, not responsible for the time taken by the Royal Mail to deliver the item. Please note it is usually between 3-5 working days within the UK. The cost of postage and packing listed on the site is for first class parcel post within the United Kingdom only. Should you wish to have the item mailed to an address outside of the United Kingdom please enquire about the cost of postage with The Hair Clinic first. Please note the item - X-tra Hair Thickening Spray - cannot be sent to an address outside of the United Kingdom. The Hair Clinic takes every precaution to ensure your goods arrive safely. However, should the item arrive damaged please return it to The Hair Clinic, at John Bell & Croyden, 50-54 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 2AU, within 14 days of receiving said item. Once, The Hair Clinic, has received the damaged item a replacement item will be mailed to you. Should you not be completely happy with the item, please return it to us within 21 days of ordering the item for a refund (less the cost of postage and packing). Should the item be received later than 21 days any refund will be at the discretion of The Hair Clinic. Your delivery address information is collected during the payment process. Any information you supply will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and any relevant procedures following on from this. This data will be maintained in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on or sold to any other organisation without your prior approval unless we are obliged by law to do so.
